Tiger Stretching combines several different stretching techniques, however it primarily focuses on a form of dynamic resistance stretching or "fascia stretching" that involves engaging, breaking apart, and aligning your connective tissue creating connection, strength, and length throughout your body. When done correctly this practice will unlock deep areas of the body and "free the fascia", generating healthier tissue. Which will improve your muscles ability to expand and contract, as well as your Joints and ability to articulate and mobilize. Healthy tissue allows for healthy physiologically network, including tone, posture, physique , as well as a health aura / energy field! This is how we change the mold of our bodies!

Energetically, "freeing the fascia" will remove blockages (which can often represent stored emotional trauma) creating energy flow through out the body. This process is extremely healing and although a single session can enhance the way you feel and function, if it is done consistent over time it will drastically improve the quality of your connective tissue! The Tiger Transformation program includes and program and progression, of the 6 main tiger stretches that will help restore and redevelop your connective tissue. This keeps it extremely simple, effective, and conveinent!

In the Tiger Breathing lesson, one of the techniques included is a muscle activation sequence that resets your firing patterns called RPR. This technique pairs perfectly with resistance stretching. Once you creat better neuromuscular connections dn deeper activation of the areas your are targeting, you engage those areas for the resistance stretching!

Another Tiger Breathing Techique that we utlize int Tiger Stretches is called Tiger Triangles. This technique involves pausing after an exhale and then executed that repition during the pause. This "hypercapnic" approach helps us build tolerance to CO2 and stress while ensuring we stay relaxed during these intense routine's!

Jim organically discovered this unique process by integrating several different body work methods. After years of experience and application of each method, he was able to organize his practice is a highly sensible way that continues to get amazing results. He starts this process by entering through the nervous system with techniques influenced by a system called RPR / Be Activated. This is intended to trigger activation in dormant areas of the body and reset firing / motor patterns. From there, he enters into the fascia and connective tissue with assisted resistance stretching that was influenced by bob Cooley’s resistance flexibility System, which is a form of Dynamic PNF (proprioceptive neuro-muscular facilitative) stretching . This method involves contracted eccentric stretching with intention breaking apart fascia / connective tissue. This allows for freedom and function of the muscle and skeleton systems, which is acknowledged in the third and final part of the process with passive ROM stretching, joint glides, and alignment drills.

This method is primarily inspired by Bob Cooley's "Resistance Flexibility" system, (which to this day is one of the most impressive and impactful systems in have ever come across) as well as the principles of yoga

All development of the human mind, body, and spirit starts with the elevation of conscious and character, which is why the Tiger Transformation course is referred to as interactive education and programming. This course will teach you how to enhance the the way you feel and function by aligning your mind, body, and spirit with natures design. There are 10 modules in this system (listed below). Each lesson is integrated into an evolving program that will help you optimize breathing, posture, movement, and rest within the framework of our daily lives and fitness journeys. Starting with just education and breathe work and ending with a virety of full fitness programs for you to choose. However, you don't even have to choose one of the programs provided to get the full benefits of this system because the foundation principles of this system are universal! They are internal and can be applied to any type of movement, sport, healing, fitness program, etc. Once your understand the philosophy and foundational principles, you know how to develop your body in a way that aligns with your innate physiological deisgn, which is what drastically enhancers the way we feel and function! Utlimately making you feel like a kid again, or even a tiger! what does that mean? lose, fluid, fast, flexible, explosive, strong, powerful, durable, calm, composed etc. all in one because the reality is, none of it is separate!

This system is based around natures deisgn for human physiology, yet combines many different training methods and techniques that Jim has studied over the years. It merges everything from yoga and meditation to high intensity sports performance training. Some of the primary methods include RPR, Yoga, GOATA, MMA, conventional fitness, sports performance, strength and conditiioning, and more. Although many different methods are utlized, they all honor nature's deisgn and stay within the same philosphy, approach, and physiological Map. Tiger transformation system is built on a 3 part approach. This means what ever we are trying to do with our training and development, we must begin my acknowledging and approaching the nervous system, then the connective tissue / fascia, then the muscle and skeletal system! 2.1 Zone 1 (Our center = Pelvis, Psoas, Glutes) etc.

2.2 Zone 2 (Upper = Chest, Lat, Ribcage. Lower = Quads, hanmstrings, Femur)

2.3 Zone 3 (Limbs and Extremities)

The Tiger Transformation also utlizes its own unique 3 zone method. (inspired by Relfexive Performance Reset and Be Activated). This is a cueing system for posture, firing patterns, and more that is utilized frequently in this system. Everything fires through zone 1! Your Center! Coach Jim perkins has been in the fitness industry for 15 years and has an extremely diverse and deep level of expereince. His journey started with football and convetional fitness which quickly became an obsession and turned in to a career path. In his early twenties he began studying alternative and hollistic wellness and since then has integrated those methods into his practice, creating a very wholesoime, primitive, nature based approach to human physiologcial development.
